Turkey Stuffing: 6 TBS butter. 1 medium onion diced and sautéed in the butter. 4 hard rolls softened in water. Squeeze water out of bread and brown in pan with butter and onions. Beat 6 eggs and mix into contents in pan. Add 1 Tsp salt and 1/2 Tsp pepper. Add 1/3 cup cracker meal. Stir the mixture and heat in pan until it thickens. Stuff the stuffing under the turkey breast skin. Roast the turkey.
